Blessing Ceo shrieks with excitement after fan ‘tattooed’ her name on wrist (Video)

Popular relationship coach, Blessing Okoro has expressed great joy after a fan supposedly tattooed her name on her wrist.

The socialite took to her Instagram page to share a video of the fan’s wrist with her name engraved on it.

Video of the inscription showed that the fan had tattooed ‘I love B. Ceo’ bold on her wrist.

Although, many social media users seem to think that the supposed ‘tattoo’ is just a biro inscription and not a tattoo ink.
